Mr. Lee Upper Grammar

Please be aware that we will come all five days this week.

Wednesday is Field Day, and we will be having the Crusaderlympics!!  The children need to come dressed in play clothes that can get dirty and an old pair of tennis shoes.  We will be running around, so it really is best for the children to wear tennis shoes and not sandals. Friday, May 26th is a half day.  The children will be dismissed at noon.  Also, we will not be serving lunch that day but a breakfast.  All the children are welcome to come and partake.  We will have the works that morning—pancakes, eggs, fruit, and so much more.  After breakfast, we will head over to the civic center to practice for the program that evening.  We will be back in time for dismissal at noon.  That evening the children will need to be at the Civic Center by 6:00pm.  The children are required to wear their formal attire, which is the blazer, white oxford shirt, tie, khaki pants or skirt.

Pater Noster (The Lord’s Prayer)

Pater Noster qui es in Caelis

Sanctificetur nomen Tuum

Adveniat regnum Tuum

Fiat voluntas Tua

Sicut in Caelo et in terra

Panem nostrum cotidianum da nobis hodie

Et dimitte nobis debita nostra

Sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris

Et ne nos inducas in tentationem

Sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

English Translation

Our Father who is in Heaven

Hallowed be Your name

May Your kingdom come

Your will be done

As in Heaven and on earth

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts

As we also forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation

But deliver us from evil. Amen.

Christian Studies

To finish up the year we will be looking at the calling the Lord has on our life and how we go about finding out what that is. If we are called into the army of the Lord, what does the Bible say about what we need to be doing.

We will be finishing up the year reviewing the insects that we have studied and the classes that they are in.
